About Michael Kelly
As an intern here at Blue Rock Dravo Bay, Mike has had the opportunity to learn about a career as a financial advisor, while continuing to support the organization. After Mike graduates from college, he aspires to become a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in order to aid individuals and businesses in making educated financial decisions.
Mike is currently a senior at West Chester University, majoring in Finance and Economics. He is a 2018 graduate of Oxford Area High School. While attending high school, he was dual enrolled with Cecil College and received an Associate’s degree upon his 2018 spring graduation.
Aside from working for Dravo Bay, Mike is the owner of a lawn and landscape business. Mike established the business in 2014, which allowed him to learn many valuable life lessons from a young age. His experience in running the business has effectively given him the skills to communicate with clients, manage cash flows, and provide an optimal service to clients.
As an active individual, Mike enjoys staying fit and going to the gym. He also takes interest in following the stock market and watching his investments grow. In addition to staying active and following the stock market, Mike enjoys spending valuable time with his friends and family.
Mike is an active volunteer with Lucky Dawg Animal Rescue based out of Coatesville, Pennsylvania. He and his family take in homeless, abused or unwanted animals from around the country and provide them with a home, training them until they are adopted by a new family.
