Todd is the President and Founder of Blue Rock Financial Group. His Fee-Based Financial Planning practice focuses on assisting individuals and business owners to make educated decisions on an ongoing basis. Since 2005 Todd worked to develop an effective financial planning process to provide value through the art of giving advice. Tax planning and estate planning typically hold high priority for Todd’s clients and therefore the coordination with the client’s accountant and attorney allows for a true team approach.
In 2018 Todd was appointed by the Governor of the State of Delaware to the Investment Committee under the Plans Management Board. In this role, Todd offers advice surrounding the management of the investments in the State of Delaware’s 457, 403(b) and 529 Plans. This is an opportunity for Todd to sit on the opposite side of the table and gain uniquely valuable experience for his 401k clients.

Some of his past service includes Board positions for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), the Appoquinimink Foundation for Schools and The Community Powered (Delmarva Power) Federal Credit Union.
Todd’s most notable service is as the Founder and Co-Director of The Delaware Mud Run and Delaware Mud Run Junior, which has raised over $3,000,000 for the Leukemia Research Foundation of Delaware since 2009.
